PILLAR IV·DEPLOYMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURESTRENGTHENAs of September 2026

Infrastructure the company can stand behind, consolidated with resiliency, one channel at a time.

OUTCOME

Explicit messages-per-hour and uptime targets at each adoption stage, the architecture that delivers them, an internal owner for ConveyIQ infrastructure outside Innovation, and a certification step that proves a target before it is promised. The GCP-to-AWS migration is planned against the v1.0 date and customer commitments rather than around them.

WHY IT MATTERS

Adoption means throughput, and throughput is where a platform fails in public. A utility's outage notice that arrives late is a reportable failure. Committing to numbers, and to the infrastructure and ownership behind them, is what lets sales make promises delivery can keep.

The stack is sound; the seams show where it grew one product at a time.

One channel at a time, and the second region lands before the rung that needs it.

Temporal becomes the workflow engine with tenant isolation and namespace strategy settled; messaging consolidates into per-channel broker clusters behind one gateway, one channel at a time, which is the “one fabric” the product strategy describes; a second region arrives before the rung that needs it.
