ESL: All our capabilities at our fingertips

OUTCOME

The Enterprise Services Layer's existing capabilities, wallet, collections, two-way SMS, file ingestion, authentication, and the AI gateway, are inventoried, scored, exposed through the ConveyIQ OS to one standard, validated against real journeys, and sequenced onto the roadmap, so that what is delivered today as bespoke integration becomes a platform service sold and configured rather than built.

WHY IT MATTERS

The fastest path from professional services revenue to ARR runs through capabilities the company already runs in production. Today they sit behind two different front doors with different authentication and no shared tenancy model; each new customer inherits that difference as an integration project. Exposing them once, to one standard, is the mechanism by which “services become recurring revenue” stops being a slide.

  1. Payments (Wallet): already on the go-to-market plan; consumed by two products.
  2. Preference engine: already on the go-to-market plan; the Permission layer every journey needs.
  3. Two-Way SMS: production-proven ingress and egress; closest to the standard.
